Network & Database Search

Our network and database search is undertaken on a contingency basis and is results driven. However the service provided is still through and very detailed. As with all other methodologies a consultant will arrange to attend a meeting with you and will clarify the job brief and the exact requirements of the role. They may advise that in the initial stages a network and database search can be carried out but there be a need to look at more pro-active methods at a later stage.

Once the brief has been agreed the consultant will search the database for any suitable matches who have registered with Pen & Wig. Simultaneously the consultant will also contact candidates within the specific area who have previously been placed by Pen & Wig asking them for referrals and recommendations. All of these candidates are approached to gauge their interest level in the market and those who are interested will be called in for an interview at our offices. Assuming the face to face interview has been conducted to a satisfactory level the candidate will then be presented to the client and interviews arranged accordingly. Once an offer has been made to the successful candidate we will guide them through handing in their notice and their notice period.
