This is a unique service Pen & Wig Recruitment offer. All too often there are candidates in the market place whom you are aware of and whom you rate.

However professionalism prevents you from approaching these individuals. Our consultant will visit you at your offices and following the same methodology applied to Executive Search will go through a detailed brief with you in order to create a detailed job profile. A discussion will then take place regarding the individuals in question, their previous career history, if it is known why they are so highly thought of and any additional information which may be of use. The consultant working on your behalf will also prepare an information pack to be presented to the candidate which will detail an overview of the firm, the specific department recruiting and a detailed job profile. You as the client will be given the opportunity to review this and include any amendments you feel appropriate.

Using the same approach method used in Executive Search our consultant will approach the named individuals, interview them face to face and will then prepare a detailed interview report and profile of the candidate's achievements. Interviews with the relevant people will then be arranged in line with our normal level of service and the outcome followed through to acceptance of the offer.
