The residential development team has recently acted on a £70 million acquisition for a regeneration scheme in the Midlands.

The team is continuing to grow at a vast speed and is over the past two years has promoted more partners within their department than any other area of the firm. As the team's caseload increases they are now looking to hire a number of associates into the team. Successfully candidates will need to have an excellent technical knowledge in all areas connected to residential development such as: Site acquisition and disposal, Consortium developments, Collaborations/joint ventures, Options and pre-emptions and will need to be able to come into the team and hit the ground running. The client base covers the major top ten house builders as well as some smaller niche boutique clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Department this role will prove challenging at times but will provide the successful candidate with excellent career progression.
