Our trained consultant will meet with you and your team to obtain a full overview of the firm, the work you are presently undertaking, the career prospects for the candidate and the culture of the firm. This will enable us to prepare a comprehensive job brief and, once we have built up a full picture of the position you are recruiting for, we will recommend the appropriate methodology from one of the following:
- Database Search
- Internet Advertising
- Trade Publication Advertising
- Search Methodology
Once the appropriate methodology has been agreed, we will send you a confirmed copy of the brief, our proposed timescales for the particular appointment and our terms of business. We will also enter into a communication agreement; this will detail our commitment to you as our client and will also outline your commitment to us in terms of responding to CVs and agreeing feedback timescales. The benefit to having this agreement in place is that, at all times, our clients know what we have promised to deliver.
Once we have completed this process and found you the right candidate for the role, we will arrange a post-placement "aftercare" meeting with you.
Your consultant will try to establish whether, during the process, our level of service was satisfactory or whether there were aspects of our service you would have preferred to be carried out differently. This is an important part of the process, as it give us the opportunity to improve and tailor our specialist services to better fit your needs.
